Belmont Healthcare has launched a partnership with digital health platform ilarna.
The partnership will aim to strengthen Belmont’s delivery of support through digital tools, which are designed to improve wellbeing and quality of life for its residents, their families, and service users. These include using ilarna’s online matching for Personal Assistants and those needing support based on an individual’s requirements.
It will also integrate digital technology into its support offering by using ilarna’s platform that combines artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide real-time data, health monitoring, and personalised support solutions for individuals.
The technology will enable families of those receiving support and other support professionals to stay connected through the platform’s interface. ilarna’s predictive analytics tools will aim to enhance Belmont’s ability to identify potential health issues early, enabling preventative interventions and improving long-term outcomes. It will also support patient discharge to home and rehabilitation and long-term support for residents, including those with complex needs.
‘We are always looking for ways to enhance the quality of life for the people we care for, and this partnership with ilarna allows us to take that commitment to the next level,’ said Adam Hutchison, Belmont Healthcare chief executive.
‘It will enable support professionals, families, and healthcare professionals to collaborate more effectively, ensuring that support decisions are data-driven, informed, and tailored to meet individual’s specific needs. It will empower families to be more active in their loved one’s wellbeing.’
Belmont Healthcare is a provider of care services, specialising in residential and home-based care for older people and those living with complex health conditions.
Alex Moran, CEO of ilarna, added: ‘We are excited to collaborate with Belmont Healthcare to bring our digital solutions to the forefront of the support sector. Together, we are setting a new standard for how support can be delivered by blending compassion and technology to ensure the best outcomes for those who need it most.’
